A new resource that I'm really loving is the site that Natalie Portman co-founded called Making Of. It features interviews with writers, directors and actors and gives you an unusually candid view of the entertainment business. It's invaluable to listen to people who are doing what you do or want to do and find out how they approach it. If you're lucky, maybe you can pick up a tip or two.
