I just recently saw a segment on the new Food Network show called Kid in a Candy Store about insanely yummy looking caramel apples from a place called Sinfully Sweet Gourmet Treats. These apples might not keep the doctor away, but they sure look delish. If you or your boss needs to send a sweet treat to someone, they look like a good bet.

Not Sure If One Of These Apples A Day Will Keep The Doctor Away
